Retainer Fee Acknowledgment:
As a client of Holly Douglas & Co., you acknowledge that the retainer fee paid is immediately earned by the Photographer upon receipt. This fee is a reflection of the Photographer's expertise, reputation, and skill. It also compensates for the potential loss of booking other clients during your reserved time slot.
Reservation of Date and Time:
Holly Douglas & Co. will exclusively reserve the date and time range agreed upon for your session. We will not accept any other reservations for the same slot.Due to this commitment, all retainers are non-refundable, irrespective of any change in date or if the session is canceled for any reason.
Non-Refundable Nature of Retainer Fee:
The Retainer Fee is strictly non-refundable once paid. This applies under all circumstances. It's important to understand that the Retainer Fee does not include any images, whether digital or physical. All quality images from your session will be available for purchase upon completion.
Additional Coverage Charges:
Any extra photography coverage beyond the agreed terms will be charged at a rate of $200 per hour.
Retainer Fee Details:
The standard Retainer Fee is $750 for solo session and $950 for couples. This may vary in case of discounts or special offers applied at the time of booking. In cases where a special price retainer is booked and the session is later canceled or rescheduled, the difference between the sale price and the regular Retainer Fee, along with any cancellation or rescheduling fees, will be charged to the card on file.
Final Sale Policy:
Owing to the bespoke nature of our services, all sales are final once confirmed.
Cancellations, Reschedules, Terminations and Refunds :
Any reschedule or cancellation requested outside of 15 business days of the originally scheduled date will incur a $250 cancellation/reschedule fee that will automatically be charged to the card on file. Should the Client cancel within 14 business days of the scheduled time, the photographer will charge the client an additional fee of $500 for the missed appointment to the card on file. Client agrees that a no-call/no-show on the day of the shoot will result in a $750 no-call/no-show fee that will automatically be charged to the card on file.
By booking a session and paying the retainer fee, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the policies set forth by Holly Douglas & Co.
